Dov has been instrumental in launching Behavioral Health Xchange (BHX) a 3rd part back office solutions for operators of behavioral health facilities. Leveraging his knowledge of behavioral health finance and his strategic thinking, Dov has guided BHX to successfully navigate the complex landscape of billing and collections.

Outside of work, Dov enjoys competing in BBQ contests and has a passion for grilling and smoking meats.
