Stephen Chen is a proven leader in the Revenue Cycle space. With more than 20 years in the HealthCare industry, Stephen is coming from Universal Health Services where he served as the Director of Revenue Cycle for the last seven years. Faced with immediate challenges, Stephen, teamed with multiple departments, spearheading a financial turnaround. Previously, he served in various RC leadership roles with HCA for 6 years, responsible for 15 facilities. 

Stephen earned his Business Administration degree from University of Texas at San Antonio. He is also finishing his MBA from A&M University. 

Stephen enjoys spending his free time on home improvement projects, and helping Habitat for Humanity. He plays league Baseball/Softball. He loves to cook for his friends and family. His true passion though is spending time with his nine-year-old son mostly being active, traveling and experiencing new things together.
