Katherine Allen, has served as Chief of Staff for NewVista Behavioral Health for five years. As the Chief of Staff, Katherine is in charge of all administrative and operational duties for the organization and its diverse ancillary companies including LYNX, BHX, Leora, Stepping Stones, Ethan Crossing and Kids Thrive.

Katherine has more than 15 years of proven leadership experience in the Long-Term Care and Behavioral Health industries, specializing in areas of coordination, communication and customer service. Prior to joining NewVista, she worked at Fidelity Investments for 10 years in various project management and supporting roles. Outside of the office, Katherine enjoys spending time with her husband and two children playing golf and traveling together.
